Fire Roasted Tomato & Black Bean Salad
 
Ingredients
  • 1 can Hunt's Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 2 Avocados
  • ½ an onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Start by chopping up your ingredients.
  2. Combine all of your tomatoes, black beans, avocados, onion, and cucumber into a bowl.
  3. Next, add your cilantro.
  4. Juice one whole lime and pour over mixture.
  5. Lastly, add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Let sit to marinate for 4 hours before eating.
