Cream Puffs With Smucker's Fruit And Honey
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pint of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Vanilla extract

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Start by placing butter, water, and salt into a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Once the mixture is boiling, stir in your flour.
  4. Next, mix in your eggs, one at a time.
  5. Using a piping bag, make small quarter size swirls onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and double or triple in size.
  7. Let cool for at least 10 minutes, or until the centers are cool.
  8. For the cream, pour your heavy whipping cream into a bowl. Whip on low speed.
  9. Once thickened, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and a splash of vanilla extract.
  10. Microwave your Smucker's fruit spread for 15 seconds, then fold fruit spread into the cream gently (we made two batches, using one flavor each).
  11. Lastly, poke a hole in the bottom of your pastries. Using a piping bag, fill your pastries with desired amount of cream.
  12. Top with Smucker's fruit spread, toasted almonds, fruit, or even chocolate chips! Yum!
